1．基本信息
卢海彬，男，1981年04月生，河南新乡人，西北农林科技大学副教授、硕士生导师。2003年获得河南农业大学生物技术专业学士学位；2010年获得北京大学理学博士学位；2010年在中国农科院植物保护所工作；2011年至2013年在德国Max Planck Institute for Plant breeding Research从事博士后研究；2013年至2015年在西班牙Centre for Research in Agricultural Genomics从事博士后研究；2014年在西班牙Spanish National Biotechnology Centre访问研究；2016年在西北农林科技大学任教至今。
